Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services provided by ERRORFIX SOLUTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

As we provide digital services such as website design, development, and technical support, this policy explains when refunds are applicable.


1. Nature of Services

We offer digital and customized services including:

  • Website design and development
  • Website maintenance
  • Technical support
  • Custom web solutions

Because these are customized digital services, returns are not applicable once the work has commenced.


2. Advance Payments

  • All projects require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Advance payments confirm project booking, resource allocation, and planning.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the Company is unable to start the project after receiving payment.
  • If a duplicate payment was made by the client.
  • If cancellation is requested before any work has started.

In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting any administrative or transaction charges.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already started on the project.
  • Design concepts, layouts, or development work have been shared.
  • Delay caused due to lack of response, content, or materials from the client.
  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Domain, hosting, third-party tools, themes, plugins, or licenses purchased for the client.
  • Completed and delivered projects.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client wishes to cancel the project after it has started:

  • Payments made till that point are non-refundable.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date may be handed over after full payment for that portion.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us. We will make reasonable revisions as per the project scope agreed upon, but this does not qualify for a refund.


7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
